Doctoral students who were admitted before the 2022/2023 academic year will continue their studies based on the version of the curriculum they were admitted to, and their progress is evaluated based on the credit points they have gathered according to the conditions of their curriculum, and the progress review procedure of the faculty. Progress reviews will take place after the completion of two semesters in active studies, this also applies for doctoral students registered as external students.
Doctoral students in need of deferring their studies can take academic leave or extend the degree study period by up to 12 months.
For students who started before the 2022/2023 academic year, the following support schemes will apply:
Doctoral allowance will be paid as a stipend during the doctoral student’s nominal study period.
Doctoral student’s performance stipend can be received as an additional stipend during the nominal study period by students who study full-time and have performed 100% of the curriculum according to the progress review.
NB! PhD curricula opened before the 2022/2023 academic year will close on 31.08.2028.
