Writing retreat "Academic Writing for Social Sciences PhD Students"

At the writing retreat you can focus on writing your doctoral thesis or research article. In addition, the retreat will offer the opportunity to participate in consultations to support the writing process. Participants will be able to share experiences and advice with each other and receive feedback on the work in progress they are working on. Supervisors of doctoral students may also participate. The writing camp will take place at the Pühajärve Spa. 
The event is organised in partnership with Estonian Business School.

The Doctoral School covers participation costs like accommodation in single rooms, catering, and ordered bus transportation for accepted participants (public transport tickets and car travel will not be covered!). Detailed instructions and a timetable will be sent to accepted participants by e-mail approximately one week before the start of the camp. A maximum of 25 participants will be accepted.
To participate, please write a short letter of motivation (can be submitted on the registration form).

The following will be taken into account in the selection of participants:

Preferred are doctoral researchers of Social Siences;
Preferred are participants who can participate in the full program;
Motivation letter
Time of registration
