This lecture brings together conceptual and digital history to explore the shifting definitions of ‘representative democracy’ and the challenges it has faced in different historical contexts.
The building of the UT Pärnu College will undergo extensive renovation, including upgrading the ventilation and heating systems and transforming the lobby into a modern collaboration and learning space. The works will begin on 5 May and end in November.
